PRIVATE BUILD / DRAFT SERVICE TERMS

Clear before signing.

The service

GRAST provides local custom Solana mint-address generation and a wallet-approved launch flow built with Pump.fun’s public SDK. A generated address is not a launched token. Launch is marked verified only after on-chain confirmation and verification of the mint and fee-sharing accounts. GRAST is an independent tool, with no official affiliation with Pump.fun, Phantom, Solana or X.

90/10 creator-fee sharing

When Share 10% is selected, 90% of the coin’s creator fees is assigned to the connected creator wallet and 10% to the disclosed GRAST service wallet. This is not 10% of token supply or total trading volume. The sharing configuration is finalized on-chain and its administrative update authority is revoked. The split cannot later be changed through this interface.

Revenue depends on the actual creator fees earned by the coin. No revenue, profit, token price, volume or launch outcome is guaranteed. Local address search has no GRAST upfront fee. Solana network fees, lookup-table storage rent and Pump.fun account costs are additional, shown before approval.

Keep 100% service fee

When Keep 100% is selected, the creator remains the sole recipient of eligible creator fees. A configured one-time SOL service fee is transferred to the disclosed GRAST recipient in the same atomic transaction as coin creation. If this transaction fails, both the coin creation and service transfer roll back; network fees can still be charged. The USD value is an indicative external spot-price estimate. SOL is the actual payment amount. No holder-rewards mode is selected in this flow.

Two explicit approvals

Approval 1 creates a lookup table owned by you to fit the atomic launch transaction within Solana’s packet limit. Approval 2 creates the token and applies the selected service policy together. If any instruction in approval 2 fails, that transaction rolls back. If you decline it, the lookup table remains on-chain.

Lookup storage rent remains in the user-owned lookup account. Reclaiming it requires deactivation, the on-chain cooldown and closure signed by its authority. GRAST cannot reclaim it without your approval. Network fees are not refundable. Estimates may change; Your connected wallet presents the transaction that you approve.

Draft loss and transaction uncertainty

Unlaunched mint keys exist only in this tab. Reloading loses the draft, including after lookup setup. Never repeat a launch blindly after a timeout: inspect the transaction and mint on Solscan first. A confirmed transaction with unsuccessful interface verification must be checked before retrying.

Private build and activation

Live issuance is disabled until a real service recipient is configured and mainnet launching is enabled by the operator. Metadata-upload availability and wallet/mainnet acceptance testing must be verified before the service is offered publicly. A public support, refund and data-retention policy is still required. No funds should be sent to anyone claiming to activate this private build.

Your responsibility

Review token metadata, addresses, costs, rights to uploaded material and wallet requests before signing. Keep your recovery phrase private. Browser-local key handling cannot protect a compromised device. The separate brand studio is a creative tool; downloading its files does not issue a coin.
